Last week, our team had the privilege of attending a special event at the historic Royal Air Force Club in London. This event celebrated our receipt of the Gold Employer Recognition Award 2023, highlighting our unwavering support for the Armed Forces community.
The Gold ERS Award symbolises the dedication and inclusivity of recipient organisations, showcasing their immense contributions in crafting supportive environments for our Armed Forces personnel.
Esteemed figures such as Andrew Bailey, the Governor of the Bank of England; Huw Pill, Chief Economist; and Sir Ken Olisa, the Lord-Lieutenant for Greater London, graced the event. The awards were handed out by notable personalities, including Air Vice-Marshal Ranald Munro, Captain Paul Hill RN, and Colonel Thammy Evans, representing the tri-service.
We'd like to applaud the other Gold ERS award recipients for their exceptional commitment to the Armed Forces community. Their varied efforts, ranging from offering employment opportunities and flexible work arrangements to launching initiatives that benefit Veterans, Reservists, and their families, are commendable.
