Universal Defence and Security Solutions (UDSS) has recently implemented new technical measures and obtained certifications to enhance its cyber security protection.
As part of the UK Cyber Security Month, members of Universal Defence and Security Solutions (UDSS) joined the International Cyber Security Expo at Olympia, where they forged valuable connections with security partners. Spearheaded by Mark Roberts, Security Consultant at UDSS, the team also organised an online Cyber Griffin awareness package in collaboration with the City of London Police. This initiative aimed to educate around 30 members on personal cyber security measures, and a recorded version of the package is available on the members' area of the UDSS website.
In addition, UDSS conducted a face-to-face Cyber Griffin exercise to facilitate discussions on the challenges associated with prioritising protection measures against available resources. Furthermore, several members successfully completed the concise National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) awareness package, which can be accessed here: Top tips for staff - Overview (ncsc.gov.uk) and will be incorporated into the onboarding process for future members.
With the use of AI, the realm of cyber security is expanding exponentially, impacting everyone. Therefore, we strongly recommend following the advice provided by the NCSC to ensure utmost safety online.
