Enhancing Cybersecurity Awareness: UDSS Partners with City of London Police for Exercise Cyber Griffin

This month, members of Universal Defence and Security Solutions (UDSS) participated in cybersecurity training conducted by the City of London Police as part of Exercise Cyber Griffin.

In today’s digital age, cybersecurity threats from hostile nation-states, organised crime gangs, and individual hackers are a constant concern.

At UDSS, we implement robust technical measures to protect our data. However, the human element remains the most vulnerable aspect of any IT system. To address this, UDSS members are invited monthly to join online awareness packages provided by the City of London Police as part of Exercise Cyber Griffin. These training sessions help members understand the threats they face and the actions they can take to mitigate them.

The training is conducted via Microsoft Teams in a two-hour session, concluding with a Q&A segment. Dates and links to the webinars are emailed to members a month in advance.

The next courses will take place:

03/09/2024 14:00 till 16:00

03/10/2024 14:00 till 16:00

06/11/2024 14:00 till 16:00
