Atlantic Rocks Team Set Sights on World Record

The Atlantic Rocks Team is drumming up support for their challenge of a lifetime, rowing 3200 miles across the Atlantic from Lanzarote to Antigua in January 2024, to raise more than £50,000 for five fantastic charities. The Centurion Fund, The Veterans Charity, Mental Health Research UK, Tough Enough to Care and SSAFA.

Aside from taking on this incredibly demanding challenge, the crew which is made up of 4 x RAF Regiment Gunners, are looking to break the current Guinness World Record in the process! A challenge of this magnitude costs a vast amount of money, £100,000 to be exact and the Atlantic Rocks Team has been fortunate enough to receive £45,000 in sponsorship from two RAF charities. The team is also looking to raise some money from the corporate sector to help fund the remaining amount.
