Webinar: How can we develop military and wider security leaders for an uncertain future?

UDSS' latest webinar discusses overseas Professional Military Education (PME) and Doctrine Development support as part of the webinar series which asks, 'How do we prepare our future military leaders for the challenges they face?'

Hosted by Co-chairman Peter Hewitt, panellists included: Rear Admiral (Ret’d) John Kingwell CBE Vice Admiral (Ret'd) Duncan L Potts CB and Major General (Ret’d) David Shouesmith BEd, MBA, FCILT.

Our approach to PME and doctrine development teaches how to think, not what to think. It gives officers and officials the analytical skills, leadership development, awareness, and flexibility of thought they need to succeed in the rapidly-changing modern defence and security environment.
