UDSS May Networking Event
UDSS members were welcomed to the City of London Club earlier this week to network and catch-up on the latest developments and opportunities within the organisation.
The Yukon charitable expedition which is being co-led by Universal Recruitment Solutions Director Guy Denison-Smith will be starting in a few weeks. They have raised in excess of £50,000 for SSAFA, Combat Stress and the Grenadier Guards Colonel’s Fund. You can support their team and find out more via https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/yukon-700
We also warmly welcomed Mariupol resident Maryna Levinchuk to the event. UDSS member James Magro has been supporting Maryna since her decision to flee the besieged city. Ms. Levinchuk, who left behind her husband of seven months and a newly renovated house, made it safely to a city in western Ukraine after 30 hours of driving. But her husband, Alexander, and her parents, who are in their late 60s, stayed behind, and she fears constantly for their lives and their health. UDSS will continue to support Maryna and her wider family as needed in the coming months.
