We believe UDSS is unique in the way we can access the best workforce for our clients whilst offering second career options for former UK Armed Forces personnel and MOD Civil Servants.

UDSS's strength is its Members.

These are all ex UK Service personnel and Civil Servants who have been chosen for their skills, experience and track record of delivering success.

If you are an ex UK Services person from Senior NCO to 3*, then we invite and encourage you to get in touch and apply to be a Member. If you are a Junior NCO who has specialist skills (e.g. Cyber, CIS amongst others) we also encourage you to apply.

Being a UDSS Member or Senior Leadership Team Member (SLT) is ideal for those that seek the flexibility of a portfolio career. We will keep your details on our database, provide updates on what UDSS is doing and will contact you if UDSS is contracted for work which matches your specific skills.

Until you commit to a particular contract you have no obligation to UDSS.
